Section 1: Membership in the WVO, in accordance with the spirit of love of Earth is open to all vegan societies, associations, organizations or unions which are willing to take on the responsibility of promoting veganism, regardless of race, creed, disability, religion, gender identity, socioeconomic status, political affiliation, or national origin. Members will be able to carry out vegan activities as obligations to the WVO according to the judgment of the Organization.
Section 2: Application Procedure for Members Applying members or organizations must send an application form to the General Secretary (general.secretary@wvo-official.org/Application Form). Vegan societies, associations, organizations, or unions will be accepted for membership in the WVO by final decision of the Executive Board.
Section 3: Membership termsMembership term length will be 4 years, thereafter subject to renewal.
Section 4: Recognition by the World Vegan Organization Recognition of a new member or organization is an act that may be granted or withheld by the WVO to ensure honorable relations. The WVO has the power of hundreds of thousands of voices of vegan members around the world to speak out on your love for a healthy lifestyle, animals, the environment, and for Mother Earth.
Section 5: Termination of Membership The WVO Executive Board reserves the right to prohibit political or religious affiliation activities and terminating membership.
